It's my opinion that the primary driver for ULEZ is air pollution and for LTN's is to improve safety for pedestrians and cyclists.
As for fracking, I think it will be a hard sell on this crowded island. Induced seismicity is a concern and the lower population density in the US allows fracking with fewer NIMBYS. Fracking in the US has been facilitated by 3 R's - Roughnecks, Rigs and Rights. The UK is devoid of all 3. The most important of these R's for me is rights. In the US the landowner owns the mineral rights and therefore can insist on payment for the production coming from below their property.
Don't you think the whole issue of Climate change and Eugenics are intrinsically the same thing?
As for BRICS, my view is that while they want multipolarity they are all fully behind the Agenda 2030.
BRICS are often depicted as in opposition to Western domination. However, they are working to implement Agenda 2030 with the same enthusiasm as in the West and have adopted high-tech solutions with total surveillance of the entire Earth system and humanity to implement it.
Here are some tidbits.
Russia’s Smart City inmates will be “safe and comfortable” technocrats promise- recent declaration at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum SPIEF.
Both Ramaphosa of South Africa and Putin support the UN's 4th industrial revolution which is AI driven.
Brazil's leftist president Lula says we need a "new global governance" to enforce "climate change action" and make sure that "everyone" complies
China and Germany have secured a three-year joint action plan aimed at strengthening international development cooperation to effectively implement the United Nations' 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.- China Daily
The capital of Bashkortostan had the honour of hosting the 4th International Forum “Smart City - Smart Country”- sponsored by Sberbank
China's Xi Says to Bill Gates, 'You are the first American friend I've met in Beijing this year'- WHO!!?
Would fracking in the UK reduce gas prices though? I thought the reason the US had low gas prices is because their LNG export terminal capacity had not caught up with the boom in production. Is there realistically sufficient exploitable reserves to get us anywhere close to that kind of scenario?
In a tight market, extra supply will reduce prices. Losing 20-25% of European gas supply when the Russian taps were turned off, saw 8-10-fold increase in prices. UK export facilities are also limited, so a big increase in supply should reduce prices.
Net Zero is all part of this plan and there is no chance that Sunak will derail it. Such a decision is beyond his pay grade.
The malign ulterior motive of Net Zero is to impoverish, deindustrialise and ultimately depopulate the Western world, in line with the Club of Rome’s Malthusian dictum that “The real enemy, then, is humanity itself”.
"...that in the end all we have to fear is a handful of old men. Old men with noodle arms and bloated guts. I see that handful could swiftly be chased out of sight by A Few Good Men easily. Those desiccated ghouls would be chased out of our Lives never to return... We're not just Millions, we're billions and we all know what we know and we all think what we think. All that's left is to act on it the world in which they would have us live is Only Make Believe, the fantasy of bitter old men..."
Also don't forget the Net Zero Carbon Trading, Carbon Credit scam, which is probably about 90% total scams that do zip to reduce carbon emissions but excellent at stealing massive amounts of wealth from Western middle class to give to enrich $billionaires. Another instrument of the coming Feudal Society.
Yes, with caveat that AI is to meaningless without context. The route to achieving this is the issue. Referendum...outcome not respected. Low integrity of many. Large group of people owned through direct state employment or owned by the state.

Frack, frack and frack some more!
See the 35-minute video of journalist and author Marc Morano giving a barnstorming presentation of the unbelievably dystopian future our globalist overlords have in store for us via their Great Reset, if we allow them: https://principia-scientific.com/finally-the-ultimate-summary-of-the-great-reset-and-a-call-to-action/.

Exactly right, and well said.
